Choosing an agent to represent your in the sale or purchase of a property is one of the most  important  decisions  you have to make.   Many  agents will  talk  about  providing excellent service, but most won’t put it in writing.  We believe that any agent that won’t give you a written satisfaction guarantee shouldn’t be trusted with your business.  We make our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee a part of every listing agreement we enter.  So here is our guarantee to you:

“As your real estate consultant, my primary goal is providing you with the kind of service you expect and deserve.  If for any reason, you feel that we are not providing to you the level of service you were expecting, please bring your concern to our attention so that we may have an opportunity to take care of the matter.  Ifwe are unable to address your concern to your satisfaction, then we will promptly sign and deliver to you a ’Modification to the Listing Agreement’ releasing you from any obligation to continue to offer your home for sale through us.”
